Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton Rodham (HRCR) chose an interesting setting to re-launch the re-launch of her campaign to be the first woman President of the United States. The former Secretary of State chose the Franklin D. Roosevelt (FDR) Four Freedoms Park (fdr4freedoms.org) in the middle of the East River with a scenic backdrop of the New York City skyline.
